High quality fabric used in this dress here. The navy fabric is 100% silk charmeuse which on top is ruffled with elastic thread, and on the bottom lines the eyelet fabric. It is cut a little shorter than the eyelet to show a bit of subtle leg action. The light blue eyelet fabric is 100% cotton, exclusive of the embroidery which I believe is rayon. It is quite heavily embroidered which gives the fabric good weight and drape. The scalloped edge on the bottom adds a nice finish, and there are three bows down the front of the dress in a matching elastic cord to cinch in where it needs to be cinched. This dress feels so good to wear.
